U17 Boys and Girls - 11.30am to 12.50pm. Open B Womens - 1.50 pm to 3.10pm. WOMENS SEMR A grade - 2pm to completion of 7 innings MENS SEMR B grade - 2pm or 2.30pm(at Casey), 90 mins or completion of 7 innings WOMENS WAVERLEY A grade - 4pm to completion of 7 innings We are still looking for players for all teams.

REGISTRATIONS FOR THIS SEASON ARE NOW BEING TAKEN Come along and give Softball a try. Boys and Girls, Men and Women, aged 4 and upwards who are interested in learning how to play softball, or want to join a team, please contact our registrar for all information.  Once players have registered they will be contacted by their coach or team manager and advised of ongoing training dates and times for the season. SEASON COMMENCES SATURDAY 10th OCTOBER 2009     Primary Competition starts with Training and Fun Practise matches on Wednesday 7th October, 4.30pm to 6.30pm Primary Competition commences Wednesday 14th October at 5.30pm   Batter Up Program commences Saturday 17th October, 9.45am to 10.45am. No matter what your skill level is the Glen Eira Moorabbin Softball Association has the perfect team for you.  There are a number of clubs/teams to choose from.   We cater for children and adults who have never played softball, or adults returning to the game after a break:       -    Batter Up program - 4 to 12 years (boys and girls), Saturdays 9.45am to 10.45am -    Primary - 9 to 12 years (mixed, girls and boys), Wednesdays 5.30pm to 6.30pm (Training from 4.30pm) -    Open B (women), Saturdays 1.50pm to 3.10pm   There’s also an opportunity for more experienced players to further develop their softball skills by participating in larger competitions:    South Eastern Competition  -    Under 14 years (girls and boys), Saturdays 8.45am to 10.05am -    Under 17 years (girls and boys), Saturdays 11.30am to 12.50pm -    Open A Grade (Women), 2.00pm to completion of 7 innings -    Open B Grade (Men), 2.00pm, 90mins or completion of 7 innings Waverly Competition -     Open A Grade (women)        GEMSA MENS COMPETITION GEMSA has entered a team into the newly formed SEMR B Grade competition.  Players must be atleast 14 years of age and no prior experience is necessary.
